- 1. Written application – tell us about yourself, your qualifications and what motivates you to apply for a job with us. We use your application to determine whether we should call you to the next step consisting of recruitment tests.
- 2. Correction tests – in this step recruitment tests are performed and you will then find out if you have moved on to the next step in the process.
- 3. Competence-based interview with HR – you who proceed from the tests will be called to an interview where we get to know each other better.
- 4. Contact with references – we talk to your specified references and let them give their picture of you.
- 5. Interview with SKY Recruitment Council – you get to meet some of our partners and associate lawyers, a great opportunity for you to learn more about us and a chance to ask your questions.
