Alexander is head of Sky International law firm team, primarily responsible for representing foreign and Swedish companies in various fraud, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and corporate restructuring issues.

We have extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions in Sweden and the US, especially in the areas of energy, healthcare, IT/telecommunications and finance.
