Daniel Lander

Daniel has over 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration in Sweden and internationally and is a legal advisor to Sweden, foreign countries and multinational companies.

His extensive professional knowledge covers various industries and legal areas, including bankruptcy law, directors and professional liability, insurance law, construction contracts, IT contracts, data protection law, mergers and acquisitions, and general business agreements.

Daniel's task is to regularly appear in court and defend himself in ordinary courts (including the Supreme Court) and administrative courts as well as in arbitration chambers under different arbitration rules. He also acts as an arbitrator for commercial disputes.
