Tobias Benck

Tobias works primarily with dispute resolution and consulting in the areas of infringement law, cybercrime law, compliance and fraud law.

Tobias has extensive experience in board cases regarding liability and professional offences and has assisted defendants in one of Norway's largest board cases regarding liability. He has extensive experience of representing auditors in dispute resolution and various forms of supervision and quality control in auditing. Tobias also assists in the handling of criminal cases and provides evidence of various fraudulent crimes to help the police solve cases.
