Thomas Philips

Thomas Philips is a partner in the Victoria office of Defense Solicitors. He regularly represents clients in summary and indictable criminal matters before the Magistrates' Court. Thomas also instructs solicitors and assists in the preparation and conduct of complex indictable criminal cases in the County Court.

Thomas has also dealt with serious indictable offenses including aggravated assault, sexual offences, state and federal drug offences.
